The 2015 Local Business Charity Awards

Entries are welcomed from local Gloucestershire companies nominating themselves, or from local Gloucestershire charities nominating local companies who support them. Multiple entries are welcome but each must be on a separate form. Entry is a 750 word submission, explaining why the nominee should win the award. All activity must have taken place between September 2014 and September 2015. The closing date of entries is Friday 31 July 2015 Finalists will be announced via social media on Monday 17 August 2015. Finalists and charities will be invited to the awards at the Ellenborough Park Hotel, Cheltenham, on Thursday 3rd September 2015.

The Corporate Award
This category is open to any local Gloucestershire business who supports a local Gloucestershire charity.
The prize will be £1,000 given to the charity concerned.
The judges will be looking for a company who does not necessarily donate the largest amount of money but who really takes the charity to their heart. This category is open to an individual who works in a local Gloucestershire business who goes over and above the call of duty to support the local Gloucestershire business, supported by their employer.
The prize will be a luxury weekend away for two people including dinner and £50 spending money at xxxxx.
The judges will be looking for a person who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to support a local Gloucestershire charity.

The Team Award (*New for 2015)
This category is open to any local Gloucestershire business who used a team of their employees to support an event for a local Gloucestershire charity. It does not have to be a sporting event, simply any event when a team of employees gave their support, together, at the same time.
The prize is a cheque for £1,000 given to the charity concerned.
