The Local Business Charity Awards (Oxfordshire) are an opportunity for local Oxfordshire charities to recognise and thank the local Oxfordshire corporate partners and their employees, that support them.
This form is for an Oxfordshire charity to complete, letting us know about an individual, who works for an Oxfordshire company, that they would like to nominate to win the Individual Award.
Previous finalists and winners have given huge amounts of personal time to the charity, really going that 'extra mile' in their own spare time. You have a maximum of 750 words and we would suggest you use every one of them! Tell us all about the person, what they did to support you between June 2018 and June 2019 and why above all other people in the company, you think they should be recognised for their extraordinary efforts.
There are no financial restrictions in this category however we can only accept one nomination per charity.
The full T's & C's can be found here. Entries close on Friday 21 June 2019
